Mint Chocolate Chinchin Icecream

1 Pint Favorite Mint Chocolate Icecream
1 (4oz) pack Snackin’ African Chinchin
¼ Cup Milk Chocolate Morsels
Put ice-cream in fridge for 15 minutes to slightly soften, fold in chinchin and return to the freezer for 10 minutes. Pour chocolate into a bowl and melt in 20 seconds increments till fully melted, should take about 35-40 seconds. Time will vary depending on microwave used. Remove ice-cream from should be firm but easy to scoop. Serve, drizzle on chocolate and enjoy!
