Chinchin Chocolate 'Mochi'

1 Pint Favorite Icecream
¼ Cup Shaved Milk Chocolate
1 (4oz) pack Snackin’ African Chinchin
Crush chinchin in a food processor crush and pour into a mixing bowl. Scoop pint of icecream into 6 balls onto a plate, cover properly with cling film and return to freezer for 10 minutes. Remove from freezer roll icecream balls in bowl of crushed chinchin one at a time till each icecream ball is well covered in chinchin. Return to freezer immediately for another 10 minutes, should be it firm but not rock solid. Remove from freezer and serve and add shaved milk chocolate as topping. Enjoy!
